Refund policy

 

Currently, we do not allow refunds/returns. However, your Start Smart Box includes a 6 month warranty. This warranty period covers any manufacturing issues. Proof of purchase is required in order to qualify for the warranty, which is only applicable for the first 6 months post purchase.

Each box comes with tampering seals. If the seal(s) are broken and the box has been opened, the warranty will be considered void and no refund or repair will be issued. 

Each Start Smart Box purchase includes an instruction guide on how to assemble and install your box to your equipment. If you are experiencing any issues with your box and it is discovered that is it due to an installation error that does not follow what is stated in the instruction guide, the warranty will be considered void and no refund or repair will be issued.

Please Note: When operating the Start Smart Box, users are required to rinse the system out with water after every job. We recommend to use between 2 1/2 to 5 gallons of water, any bleach neutralizer (such as Agent Halt), or F9 Barc. If unit is sent back during warranty period,  and upon inspection it is determined that the system has not been rinsed as recommended, the buyer must pay to replace any parts damaged due to not being rinsed properly. This will void the warranty. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.
